We are looking for an individual who is passionate about travel and has excellent customer service skills. You will be working with customers to provide them with the best possible solution for their needs, whether it's exchanging currency, buying prepaid travel money cards or making international money transfers.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as sales, customer service, problem-solving, time management and attention to detail. You will also have access to industry travel discounts and qualify for 'Familiarisation Trips' to explore new destinations and products around the world.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service: You should have great listening skills and conversational flair to give customers an amazing experience.
  • Mathematic Ability: You should have a knack for numbers and be able to crunch digits quickly with precision.
  • Sales Targets: You should be focused on achieving your KPIs to get the incentives you deserve.
  • Problem Solving: You should think outside the box to find the best solution tailored to customers' needs.
  • Time Management and Organisation: You should be able to manage your time effectively to achieve the best result and stay on top of your work.
  • Attention to Detail: You should cross your T's and dot your I's and understand how important it is to get even the little details right every time.
