  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and customers, to ensure that project requirements are met and that expectations are managed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in leadership and technical architecture.

The Software Development Lead will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver software applications that meet business requirements. The successful candidate will be required to work at any of the Mitra Innovation Group sites, as needed, and may be required to travel internationally.
