Residential Credit Loan Specialist

Residential Lenders play a vital role in the loan assessment process, ensuring timely and efficient approval.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough credit assessments and approvals under delegated authority.
- Liaise with appraisers, attorneys, brokers, and financial advisors to gather necessary information.
- Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers to develop creative solutions that meet lending guidelines.
- Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and timely responses to queries.
- Contribute positively to the work environment.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in residential lending roles.
- Current or previous holding of a delegated lending authority (DLA) of at least $500k.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Well-developed relationship management skills, demonstrating strong internal stakeholder management.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong team player mindset.
- Desirable: Experience with non-conforming lending.
