Job Opportunity

A seasoned and accomplished technology leader is sought to drive the conceptualization, development, and implementation of sophisticated cloud-based application architectures with a strong focus on Microsoft D365 technologies.

  • Lead a skilled team in the creation and delivery of a cutting-edge D365 CRM and Case Management solution, including the establishment of best practices for team development and delivery processes.
  • Collaborate closely with the Enterprise Architect, Product Owner, and team to provide expert guidance on the co-design of the D365 technical solution.
  • Oversee the seamless migration of legacy and on-premises Dynamics systems into modern D365 cloud-native environments, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
  • Lead the architecture and execution of data migration from legacy systems, guaranteeing accuracy, completeness, and alignment with target system requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop comprehensive and detailed solution designs that align with enterprise architecture standards and support long-term sustainability.
  2. Advocate for best practices in modern cloud adoption, security, automation, and DevOps.
  3. Serve as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders, effectively translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance.
  4. Evaluate solution options and conduct impact analysis to balance functionality, service quality, and operational requirements.
  5. Contribute to the development and evolution of architectural governance processes, reusable patterns, and solution assets.
Requirements
  • Deep technical expertise in D365 technologies, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure.
  • Proven ability to lead D365 delivery teams and co-design solutions leveraging out-of-the-box capabilities.
  • Proven experience providing architectural leadership across multiple delivery streams, ensuring consistent, high-quality solutions aligned with business and technical goals.
  • Experience evaluating and recommending D365 and other cloud services to meet business and technical needs.
  • Prior involvement in large-scale technology uplift or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft D365 technologies.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices in cloud environments.
