Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Retail Leader to drive sales and key performance indicators, while coaching and developing a high-performing team.

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and foster a culture of service excellence within the department
  • Collaborate with the BOH team to ensure seamless product availability on the shop floor
  • Implement visual merchandising standards and maintain store displays that exceed company expectations
  • Support the management team in driving internal and external profit protection strategies
  • Develop new team members through comprehensive inductions and ongoing training programs
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve personal and departmental goals

Key Responsibilities

As a successful candidate, you will have:

  • 2-3 years of leadership experience in retail or a related industry
  • A proven track record in driving and exceeding set KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with all stakeholders
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize daily tasks effectively
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead by example
