Mobile Equipment Specialist

The role of Field Service Technician involves providing on-site technical support for Kleemann equipment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Servicing and maintaining Kleemann equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Commissioning and training personnel on the operation and maintenance of Kleemann machinery.
- Diagnosing machine issues and customer complaints, and assisting in finding solutions.
- Coordinating with office teams to plan and deliver effective service schedules.
- Conducting regular inspections of machines to identify potential issues.
- Providing training and guidance to apprentices and other staff members as required.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Good knowledge and experience in repairing and servicing plant equipment, preferably large mobile plant on customer sites.
- A relevant NVQ 3 qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Plant Maintenance, or equivalent.
- At least two years' experience in a Service Technician or Light Vehicle Mechanic role.
- A valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and willingness to learn.
