Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Engineering Lead to join our dynamic and growing Wireless Product Division (WPD) organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the design of our SoC (System-on-Chip) architecture and digital signal processing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership for the development of our BT (Bluetooth), BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy), and 15.4 SoC architecture and design.
  • Design and develop MCU (Microcontroller Unit) core, bus-matrix, DMA (Direct Memory Access), and Security Engine solutions.
  • Support firmware, cosim, and debug operations to ensure the quality and reliability of our products.
  • Perform digital design and integration, including RTL (Register-Transfer Level) design, SDC (Synopsys Design Constraints) integration, and relative checks, such as CDC (Clock Domain Crossing) and lint checks.
  • Lead the development of our BT SoC designs and ensure timely delivery of our products.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Communication, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 12 years of experience in digital IC design and Verilog coding.
  • Familiarity with at least one of the following: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, SoC architecture, and Security Engine architecture.
  • Understanding of digital IC design flow, including design, verification, synthesis, and HW/SW co-working.
  • Experience with FPGA synthesis and verification flow.
  • Experience with tapeout of new products.
