Job Overview

  • You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with employers and community organizations to identify job opportunities for our clients.
  • You will work closely with our team to provide advocacy and support services to our clients, helping them to achieve their employment goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a network of employer and community contacts to secure job opportunities for our clients
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring they receive timely and effective support
- Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement strategies to achieve employment outcomes for our clients
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track client progress and outcomes

Requirements

- A demonstrated ability to work in an outcome-based environment towards high-performance results;
- Strong networking and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with employers and community organizations;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands;
- Well-developed administration skills, with the ability to utilize various databases and technology systems.
