Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and meet sales targets for Peugeot and Citroen models. Integrate accessory sales planning into marketing and sales strategies. Drive vehicle, parts, and accessory sales while enhancing service retention and profitability.
  • Dealer Relationship Management: Ensure compliance with all company policies. Manage dealer network performance against customer satisfaction and reputation standards. Develop structured field visit plans and provide expert advice to dealers.
  • Customer Experience: Initiate and monitor regional plans for customer experience and Net Promoter Score (NPS) improvements. Collaborate with departments to enhance customer satisfaction and training.
  • Problem Solving & Decision Making: Operate within company policies and escalate issues promptly. Provide feedback and guidance for network development.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Essential: 3+ years of sales and relationship management experience. Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships within a dealer network.
  • Desirable: Experience in the automotive and Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) industry. Experience in a Franchise or Distributor Retail Network environment.
