Training Content Developer
">We are seeking a highly skilled Training Content Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative training programs that support the growth and development of our educators.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in instructional design, blended learning approaches, and eLearning authoring tools. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather content, establish learning outcomes, and develop engaging learning activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing instructional materials, eLearning modules, and micro-credential learning opportunities
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather content and establish learning outcomes
- Developing eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
- Supporting the establishment and design of a new Learning Management System
You Will Thrive in This Role If You:
- Have experience in instructional design, blended learning approaches, and eLearning authoring tools
- Are a natural collaborator with excellent communication skills
- Have a Certificate IV TAE or equivalent qualification
