Finance Support Specialist

The finance support specialist role is a dynamic and challenging position that requires a proactive individual with a strong work ethic and highly developed attention to detail and administrative skills.

This opportunity allows you to join a business that focuses on flexibility and provides a supportive culture. The finance support specialist will be based in the heart of the CBD, surrounded by public transport, cafes, bars, and shops.

The finance support specialist will be responsible for supporting the corporate finance team with their day-to-day activities, including but not limited to:

  • Supporting financial planners on all administrative duties
  • Maintain client files and information on the database
  • Produce documentation and correspondence as required
  • Responsible for other ad-hoc duties

To excel in this role, you will demonstrate a desire to pursue a career within the financial services industry, intermediate to advanced MS Suite skills, strong communication skills - verbal and written, excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, resilient and well-organized, and a positive approach.
