Industrial Automation Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our industrial automation sales efforts in the Australia and New Zealand market. This is a challenging opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to our growth strategy in the region.

About this role:
  • Maintain key business relationships with existing clients and channels to drive end-to-end sales processes.
  • Develop new & existing channel partners to assist in converting target downstream clients to our company and support application and sales processes.
  • Collaborate with existing partners to acquire new business through product adoption strategies and foster a collaborative culture within the team.
Key qualifications and skills:
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Automation Control engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years working experience in sales and marketing capacity with industrial automation products.
  • Hands-on experience in machine automation or process automation with expertise in industrial automation, inverters, servos, PLCs, HMIs, and controllers.
  • Proven track record in managing and developing sales teams within the industrial automation sector.
