Job Overview

We are a leader in energy-saving solutions with expertise in power electronics and automation. Our focus is on delivering innovative technologies to the market, driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain key relationships with clients and partners.
  • Develop and mature channel partners to convert target clients to our brand and assist with application and sales support where required.
  • Collaborate with partners to drive end-to-end sales processes and acquire new business through product adoption strategies.
  • Support channels in identifying and executing strategies to adopt resellers and integrator partners per vertical market or product tiers to accelerate growth.
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals to align with business goals and individual development.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture through regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Automation Control Engineering.
  • At least 5 years experience in sales and marketing for industrial automation products.
  • 5 to 10 years hands-on machine automation or process automation experience.
  • Experience working in an industrial automation company.
  • Solid industry knowledge and ability to map industries for strategic approaches.
  • Proven experience in managing and developing sales teams within industrial automation.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to drive performance toward objectives.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking; good understanding of industrial automation products.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills (oral & written).
  • Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
