As an experienced childcare professional from an operations, centre director, coordinator or management background, you are ready to take the next step in your career to drive outcomes and support our teams in the delivery of exceeding programs in your region.
With 10 services under your care, you will report to an experienced operations manager. You will have the opportunity to enhance delivery and exceed at every step of our process to improve capability, quality and support across your region.

- You will lead and enhance embedded practice across your services
- Implement best practices in programming, safety, quality and compliance

- Critical reflection and planning to support increases in child outcomes in service
- Previous experience in the OSHC or childcare industry is essential
- Experience as an Area Manager is required

- Strong understanding of the National Quality Standard
- Has a positive attitude and approach with a genuine desire for change
- Completed qualification approved by ACECQA
- Current first aid certification
- Drivers license and ability to visit multiple centres in your region
