We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Ingenia Communities. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing hands-on leadership and on-the-job training for all housekeeping staff.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring the operational requirements of the park are met, while maintaining a high level of customer service for our guests. This includes assisting the Park Manager with housekeeping staff rostering, providing direction and training to housekeeping staff, and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness in all cabins, ensuite blocks, and amenity areas.
You will also be responsible for replacing linen, towels, and toiletries, keeping storage areas well-stocked, clean, and tidy, and driving the housekeeping team to deliver first-class cleaning standards within a desirable timeframe.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in a team leader role, practical experience in a cleaning/housekeeping role, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. You will also need to possess excellent customer service skills, be well-organized, and have a strong eye for detail.
