We are seeking a skilled and experienced Arborist Supervisor to lead our team of arborists in delivering exceptional tree care services to our clients.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of arboriculture, including tree health assessment, pruning, removal techniques, and cost estimation. They will be responsible for supervising and directing the work of arborists, managing planning and scheduling for tree-related projects, and providing guidance on technical expertise.

The Arborist Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining open communication with clients, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction. They will plan and execute arboricultural projects, including planting, maintenance, and removal, and ensure all activities comply with relevant safety regulations and guidelines.

Additionally, the successful candidate will provide mentorship and training to foster professional growth within the team.

  1. Arboricultural Knowledge: Certificate III or Diploma of Arboriculture, with extensive knowledge of arboricultural principles, practices, and techniques.
