Senior Consultant or Manager - Tax and Finance Transformation

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic finance and tax team, where you will work alongside various teams to deliver a solution for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess finance functions, identify opportunities for improvement, and design operating models to drive transformative change.
  • Support teams in data gathering and analysis, conducting interviews and process walkthroughs to map current-state operations.
  • Analyse, optimise, and redesign finance processes, including technology integration and operating model transformation.

  • Deliver exceptional outcomes and stakeholder management throughout projects, packaging findings into high-quality work products.
Requirements:
  • A finance-related degree or qualifications.
  • 3+ years of experience in Financial Services with a specialisation in finance or tax.
  • An interest in transformation and data science.
  • Experience in leading and implementing change.
  • A mindset of continuous improvement, with excellent organisation, time management and problem-solving skills.
