About the Role:

We're hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to scale our software engineering organization and Forward Deployed AI Engineering team.

You'll own end-to-end talent acquisition for all technical roles, partner closely with the leadership team, and deliver world-class candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across functions and levels
  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify needs and shape roles
  • Source and close high-caliber talent
  • Deliver great candidate experiences
  • Partner with the leadership team to refine our employer brand

The Ideal Candidate:

We're looking for someone who gets excited about employer branding, candidate experience, and building teams that last through growth.

The ideal candidate knows the Sydney technical market, but is comfortable searching across geos and can quickly identify high-calibre candidates.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting for technical roles
  • Strong relationships with the Sydney technical market
  • Ability to source and close high-caliber talent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
