The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting, including priming, buffing, and denibbing. You will work in a dynamic team environment where your safety, success, and growth are prioritized.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare vehicles for painting by priming, buffing, and denibbing as per job sheets
  • Carefully handle all vehicles to ensure they are in excellent condition
  • Clean work bays and workshops as required
  • Avoid accidents and injuries by adhering to our Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) policy, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Prior experience in a prepping or painting role
  • A strong commitment to working safely and following procedures
  • A high level of attention to detail to ensure quality results
  • Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work effectively in a team
