Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in correctional services or a related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective strategies to reduce reoffending
  • Capacity to collaborate with other teams to ensure coordinated support for individuals

A relevant qualification in social work, law, human services, criminal justice or criminology, or experience in court advice, assessments or prosecutions is highly regarded.
