We are seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead our parts team at our Bendigo dealership. As a natural leader, you will be responsible for guiding the direction and operational success of this critical business segment.
The successful applicant will:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and cost control, ensuring we meet our targets.
- Create a safe and engaging work environment that complies with health and safety regulations and supports wellbeing, growth, and development.
- Cultivate a motivated, positive, and cohesive team, ensuring adherence to standards whilst delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Enhance the capacity and performance of your team through effective training, development, and leadership.
- Establish and maintain a balanced inventory that generates high service levels and stock performance with low obsolescence.
- Effectively represent our brands to all customers - internal, retail, and trade.
- Collaborate effectively with our parts team, key stakeholders, meeting budgets, and achieving operational targets.
- Manage and resolve any customer complaints/feedback.
Qualifications
You're a natural leader that uses communication to engage and motivate your team. You possess strong analytical and operational skills to assess performance trends and effectively collaborate with team members to drive success. You can translate strategic goals into actionable plans that yield tangible results.
