Strategic Systems Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and driving adoption of critical systems to ensure near- and long-term success. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams spanning engineering, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, accounting, finance, people, and more to understand business needs, engineer solutions, and ensure systems are aligned with company goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise systems and solutions at manufacturing companies, preferably in the Aerospace & Defense industry. They will also possess in-depth knowledge of commercial and government cost accounting practices, a proven track record of leading complex system-centric projects from conception to completion, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the deployment and adoption of Oracle Fusion, internal and 3rd-party apps in our ecosystems to enable our new Operating Model.
• Support, design, develop, and implement E2E Oracle Fusion solutions that meet business requirements of the company.
• Collaborate with business partners to understand business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and prioritize within Product roadmaps.
• Lead the design and implementation of system-centric projects, including defining project scope, requirements, timelines, and budgets.
• Work with vendors and third-party service providers to integrate systems and solutions into our infrastructure.
• Work with internal/external development teams to build out custom solutions if we decide to build rather than buy.
• Provide guidance and support to stakeholder teams on system and process best practices, including training and documentation.
• Maintain a deep understanding of emerging trends and best practices.
