Are you a visionary technology leader who can bridge the gap between business and technical operations? As a Strategic Technology Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital future of one of Australia's most iconic destinations.

This role is both hands-on and strategic, requiring a deep understanding of how businesses operate and the ability to engage with stakeholders to uncover needs and pain points. You will work closely with teams across various departments to design and deliver solutions that support our vision of creating wonder-filled experiences for our guests, employees, and community.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing end-to-end solutions that bridge business needs with technical implementation. You will be comfortable navigating complex technology environments with legacy systems and new digital platforms, and have a solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles, systems integration, data architecture, and cloud-native design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of end-to-end technology solutions across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals, user experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Architect scalable and secure systems to support guest-facing services such as booking engines, loyalty programmes, and mobile apps, as well as internal operations including POS, CRM, and PMS.
  • Evaluate and select application frameworks, integration patterns, and data flows across a mix of legacy and modern systems.
  • Produce high-quality architectural artefacts, including system diagrams, data models, sequence diagrams, and deployment models.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Architecture or Cloud certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect) are desirable
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technical roles, including 5+ years in solution and/or enterprise architecture, ideally within a large and complex environment
  • Deep expertise in designing end-to-end solutions that bridge business needs with technical implementation
  • Strong working knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, systems integration, data architecture, and cloud-native design
