Graduate Tax Consultant Opportunity

This role involves helping clients navigate Australia's complex tax landscape with confidence.

You will provide tailored solutions to minimize risk, maximize opportunities, and ensure compliance in a dynamic and evolving field.

About the Role
  • Assist in interpreting legislation, cases and ATO rulings; drafting client-ready advice, memos and emails.
  • Develop outcome comparisons (CGT, Div 7A, distributions, roll-overs) and present recommendations.
  • Prepare ruling requests, objections and meeting packs; shape strategy and correspondence for reviews/audits.
  • Assemble evidence, draft submissions/briefs, and support cases in the ART or court.
  • Design step plans for restructures, succession and funding.
  • Collaborate nationally with specialist partners on diverse, complex matters.
  • Act on feedback, mentor undergrads, and contribute to BD and thought pieces.
