Production Team Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Production Team Leader to oversee and guide our diverse workforce in meeting production deadlines.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing opportunities for our supported employees while ensuring commercial targets are met. You will motivate, mentor, and supervise them to meet their employment goals and deliver outstanding results.

Daily Responsibilities
  1. Motivate and mentor a diverse workforce, fostering a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with WHS policies and procedures.
  2. Supervise and guide supported employees to meet NDIS goals and commercial targets.
  3. Promote positive behaviour support and a collaborative team environment.
  4. Conduct skills training, assessments, and performance reviews in collaboration with Employment Coaches.
  5. Ensure production meets quality, delivery, and business standards.
  6. Monitor operations and adjust processes as needed to meet standards.
Requirements
  • Disability support experience is highly regarded.
  • Hands-on labour experience in a production environment, with the ability to coordinate projects and delegate tasks to a diverse team.
  • Ability to supervise and mentor supported employees; experience in disability support is preferred.
  • Willingness to obtain or hold relevant certifications and licenses.
