Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work in the Self-Employment Assistance program, supporting individuals to develop the skills and knowledge needed to run their own viable small business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and support to clients on small business operations, leading, mentoring, coaching, and educating clients to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality customer service skills to meet the needs of clients
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on small business operations

You will be based at our office, with travel required to various locations. This is a full-time position with a monthly accrued day off (ADO).

To be successful, you will need:

  • A recent clear National Police Check and current Blue Card
  • A current Driver's Licence and the ability to travel between sites
