Job Description

Program Manager Opportunity

The ideal candidate will drive programs that optimize Middle of Funnel for Talent Acquisition, utilizing process tooling and data optimization for operational excellence. They will strategize, scope, and execute programs around interviewing, scheduling, hiring committee/debrief, and other middle funnel TA processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with local and global counterparts to ensure alignment to global processes.
  • Improve the recruiting system with a focus on operational effectiveness, process, and system efficiency, tech/tooling, change management, and recruiter/hiring manager enablement.
  • Analyze and report on program and performance outcomes and impact using industry standard approaches to make data-driven recommendations.
  • Drive thoughtful and strategic change, readiness, and launch enablement programs to promote adoption and operational excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in program management in TA/HR/People organizations.
  • Experience in project or program management, with a proven track record of using project management and change management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Adkar, PMP) to successfully drive complex projects.
  • Knowledge of TA practices and tools to drive recruiting success; preference for scheduling, interviewing, or hiring committee programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to various stakeholders.
