**Job Role:** Support Worker
We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate individuals to provide a caring, compassionate, respectful and high-quality service to our clients.

Variety of roles available in Gold Coast and Tweed Rivers NSW. Immediate start with flexible shifts.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Key requirements include an Australian National Police Check, First aid and CPR certificate, Smart mobile phone, Unrestricted Australian Drivers License and Comprehensive Insurance, Covid-19 vaccination certificate (plus booster when eligible), NDIS Worker Screening Check but can be obtained upon hiring.

Essential qualifications include Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Community, Individual Support or Disability Services (Personal Care Workers).

Able to work in various settings, including homes, providing personal, domestic and companion care.
