Join us in an exciting opportunity to partner with our Sales and Marketing team as a Senior Finance Business Partner.

This key leadership role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate reporting and commercial insights to drive business decision-making.

  • Partner with the Sales and Marketing team to provide insightful analysis of consumer and trade expenditures.
  • Lead the forecasting, reporting, and analytics process for the S&OP process.
  • Develop and maintain a robust budget and forecasting process, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and cash flow forecasting.
  • Provide financial input and evaluation of business proposals, including new products, pricing, marketing, and trade support.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement accordingly.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in a FMCG environment (5+ years).
  • Business partnering experience with the commercial side of the organisation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Inquisitive and commercially minded with a passion for working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
