Financial Process Manager

Our organization seeks a highly skilled Accounting Specialist to manage the end-to-end record-to-report process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. This individual will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Manage the entire record-to-report process, from initial data entry to final reporting.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address queries and provide insightful financial information.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
- Support audits by preparing relevant documentation and liaising with auditors.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in the R2R function.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CA or CPA qualification (or working towards certification).
- Proven experience in record-to-report processes within the accounting and finance field.
- Strong understanding of Australian accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
The successful candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels.
