About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled Property Valuer to join our team in Adelaide. You'll utilise your expertise and skills to contribute to our Residential Division, working with industry-leading technology platforms to perform at your best.
You'll be responsible for conducting valuations and preparing high-quality detailed reports within stipulated time frames, assessing current market activity, and analysing comparable sales data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough valuations and producing accurate reports on time.
- Evaluating market trends and analysing sales data to inform valuation decisions.
- Utilising mobile technology for field inspections and assessments.
- BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND COLLEAGUES.
- Maintaining adherence to quality reporting standards and audit processes.
- Ensuring compliance with service level agreements and maintaining positive client relations.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet the following criteria:
- Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) qualification or equivalent.
- API Membership and relevant certifications.
- Proven experience in property valuation and appraisal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Positive attitude and strong team player.
