About Our Decarbonisation Project

We are seeking a professional to lead critical studies within our cross-functional team and contribute to the ultimate delivery of our WAIO Power Decarbonisation program. The role will involve leading strategic studies contributing to our decarbonisation project pipeline, analysing and reviewing functional input from technical and commercial functions, and making key recommendations and decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic options that enhance our value.
  • Analyse and review functional input from technical and commercial functions.
  • Make key recommendations and decisions.
  • Coach and develop collaboration and cooperation in your teams.
  • Ensure our values are at the forefront of each team member's mind.
  • Demonstrate strong organisational skills.
  • Engage effectively with stakeholders and decision-making forums.

Requirements:

  • A degree qualification in science, technology, engineering or an aligned discipline is essential.
  • You will have strong communication and influencing skills, including the ability to produce high-quality written reports and presentations.
  • You will have a strong understanding of project study and delivery methodology and requirements across all stages of project lifecycles.
  • Experience synthesising and communicating high-level strategy is highly valued.
  • Demonstrated technical and commercial acumen, advanced problem-solving and strategic resolution capabilities are essential.
  • Exceptional partnership and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is required.
