Procurement and Stores Management Role

This position involves undertaking procurement activities for Operational Assets in South Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage supplier onboarding, procurement requests, and orders to ensure timely receipt of goods
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies through effective reconciliation processes
  • Receive goods into stores and assist with unloading and receipting items in accordance with company procedures
  • Support outage planning and execution by coordinating contractor requirements and ensuring seamless delivery of projects
  • Collaborate with Accounts and Finance teams on purchasing, inventory, and receiving processes to optimize operational efficiency
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Forklift License to operate heavy machinery safely
  • A can-do attitude and self-motivation to drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products to create reports and presentations
  • Experience in energy, mining, utilities, or heavy industrial plant environments to understand complex systems
  • Knowledge of procurement and inventory management principles to optimize supply chain operations
