Job Title: Maintenance Planner

Our company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining and communicating work plans for assigned equipment types or areas of responsibility.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of maintenance planning and scheduling processes, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The role involves close collaboration with the maintenance execution teams to ensure safe and reliable operation of equipment, as well as delivering continuous improvement to work plans.

  • Plan work in accordance with established processes, accurately identifying required components and resources prior to scheduling.
  • Arrange specialist or external resources as needed to support complex work.
  • Monitor parts availability and liaise closely with supply teams to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials.
  • Provide input and control mine outage plans in conjunction with production planning.
  • Improve SAP master data to embed standard work packages into task lists.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in maintenance planning or maintenance within the resourcing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance equipment or technical understanding of condition monitoring and asset health principles.
  • Good knowledge of planning and scheduling and the work management process.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Knowledge of SAP (or equivalent ERP system) is required.

This full-time permanent position is based in Adelaide on a Monday-Friday roster, offering a quality standard of living without the high costs of most other Australian capital cities.

Adelaide offers a Mediterranean climate, beach-side lifestyle, cosmopolitan cafes and restaurants, and world-class wine regions just an hour away.

This role may involve some site travel as required.
