Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at Whiddon in Casino, Northern Rivers region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating delicious and nutritious meals for our residents, while maintaining a safe and healthy kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement menus that cater to the dietary needs and preferences of our residents
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen
  • Collaborate with our care team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and support
