Job Title:

"Product Knowledge Ambassador"

About the Role:

As a Product Knowledge Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand, linking our products to customers and driving store success.

You will excel in customer service, share product knowledge, and influence sales to achieve individual and store targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use effective selling skills to maximize sales and provide an unforgettable customer experience.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by answering queries, providing excellent service, and adapting your approach to their personalities, loves, and needs.
  • Learn and confidently share Pandora product knowledge to drive sales growth.
  • Operate the till system, handle financial transactions, and maintain high shop floor standards.
  • Assist with product deliveries, unloading, and storing in correct spaces in store.

What We Look For:

We seek passionate and motivated team players who can express their individuality by styling Pandora jewellery in their own way and sharing ideas with customers.

They should be able to chat and engage with people in a natural, open way, building rapport and seeing opportunities in achieving and over-achieving sales targets.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-driven atmosphere.
