Software Development Support

Job Description:

The salary on offer will be between $70,000 and $80,000 plus superannuation. The role is full-time and involves the following duties:

  • Assess and specify the necessary software components required to effectively address issues.
  • Perform the majority of vital IT Service Management processes, including Change, Incident, monitoring, maintenance, service requests, account creations and various client requests or problems.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues, demonstrate knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, Linux) and exhibit expertise in software installation and configuration for on-premises solutions.
  • Ensure compatibility and adherence to system requirements.
  • Establish computer networks to facilitate seamless communication and data exchange within the system.
  • Maintain accurate records of technical issues and solutions and contribute knowledge base articles for common problems.
  • Work closely with IT teams and vendors to implement system upgrades, patches and enhancements.
