Lead Customer Experience Manager Role

We are seeking an exceptional Lead Customer Experience Manager to join our team at a dynamic retail store. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for coaching and developing the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive outstanding sales results.

This is a leadership role that involves mentoring and guiding the team to achieve monthly sales targets and individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The successful candidate will have previous experience in a retail sales environment and a passion for delivering customer service that exceeds expectations.
