Product Visionary

We are seeking a visionary product leader to spearhead innovative product initiatives from conceptualization to execution. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with a clear vision to architect and manage a groundbreaking platform that revolutionizes the way we handle financial transactions.

The successful candidate will be able to drive significant impact and launch products/features across our global footprint. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other stakeholders to deliver remarkable features and products.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of product leadership experience, with a strong understanding of crypto payments being a significant advantage. They will possess a data-driven work style, viewed through a compassionate lens of the end-user. A passion for building engaging customer-facing products and experiences is also essential.

Responsibilities include:
  • Develop and maintain the team's strategic roadmap, milestones, and dependencies with key priorities in mind
  • Work closely with teams such as design, frontend and backend to deliver market-leading features
  • Define product requirements, create detailed product specifications, facilitate user studies, iterate on feedback, help write test plans with QA, manage the product backlog, and ultimately ship products/features in a timely manner
  • Engage with customers to build empathy, ensuring their needs are met
  • Prioritize initiatives and projects appropriately and weigh tradeoffs that must be made
  • Conduct market research and analysis
  • Represent the team in communication with cross-functional teams
  • Manage specific features within a product line


Requirements:
  • At least 6 years of product leadership experience, with a strong understanding of crypto payments is a huge advantage
  • A data-driven work style, viewed through a compassionate lens of the end-user
  • A passion for building engaging customer-facing products and experiences
  • Experience shipping and iterating on successful Software or Financial products at scale
  • Demonstrated leadership, taking initiative and producing results
  • The ability to collaborate well with designers, engineers, QA, Marketing, compliance, growth
  • Diligent and open to learning new things
  • Bring humility to your work and how you work with others
  • Good aptitude for understanding technical concepts and applying them is preferred
