About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Field Technician to join our team in Perth. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining NBN Co's products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and repair NBN Co's customer premises equipment (CPE)
  • Diagnose and repair faults in NBN Co's cabling networks
  • Work with customers to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service
  • Operate company vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current and clean driver's license
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently
  • Experience in a similar role or a background in communication cabling or electrical work
