Mechanical apprentices will work in a shipyard environment, gaining hands-on experience while pursuing a Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade.
This is an exciting time to embark on a career in shipbuilding. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the removal, repair, and installation of mechanical components and equipment.
- Participating in preventative and corrective maintenance tasks.
