Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining a strong visual brand identity, encompassing corporate communications materials. This role requires collaboration skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging visuals, video content, and motion graphics for marketing and corporate use.
  • Design campaign-ready digital assets adaptable for multiple channels.
  • Broaden expertise in layout design, typography, and brand systems.
  • Manage creative projects efficiently from initial brief to final artwork delivery.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • A background in graphic design with a portfolio demonstrating creativity and versatility across print, video, digital, and advertising formats.
  • 7+ years of experience in graphic design, corporate communications, or marketing design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier, After Effects, etc.) and Figma.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools to enhance ideation, asset generation, and productivity.

Key Performance Indicators:

  1. Evaluate and maintain the brand system, ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints.
  2. Develop iconography, illustration styles, and static assets that strengthen brand recognition.
  3. Work effectively across teams to translate strategic messages into clear, impactful, and consistent design.
