  • Effectively communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, providing actionable insights and strategic advice.
  • Drive thought leadership, contributing to industry best practices through ongoing research and analysis of evolving security landscapes.
  • Mentor and guide team members in technical expertise and skills development, empowering them to excel in their roles.
About You:
  • Demonstrated experience leading penetration testing, with a focus on advanced security areas and business risk management.
  • Proficiency in penetration testing techniques, tools, and methodologies, with strong knowledge of exploit development and cloud security testing.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Relevant certifications such as OSCP or demonstrated success in online platforms like HackTheBox and PentesterLab.
  • Proven track record in red teaming, exploit development, and cloud security testing, with a passion for continuous learning and growth.
