Water Infrastructure Contract Specialist

The position is available for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contracts Specialist to lead the commercial management of large-scale water infrastructure projects.
The successful candidate will have expertise in subcontract administration, contract law, and cost forecasting. They will be responsible for managing complex subcontracts, preparing procurement strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Lead the end-to-end commercial management of large-scale water infrastructure projects.
- Manage subcontract administration, including claims, variations, completion, and close-out.
- Prepare accurate cost forecasting and reporting, ensuring timely escalation of cost issues.
- Operate commercial and contract systems, including cost reporting and compliance tools.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, Commerce, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Contracts Administrator or Quantity Surveyor role within the construction and engineering industry.
- Proven experience managing complex subcontracts and major works packages.
- Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of contract law.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
