About This Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the position of Membership Manager at our Dee Why club. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team of Member Support Consultants to achieve sales targets and retain existing members.

The successful candidate will be a motivational leader with excellent sales expertise, organisational capabilities, and customer service skills. They will use their knowledge and experience to mentor and lead by example, creating a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily workflow of the club's MSC team to ensure we meet our monthly sales targets
  • Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets to contribute to the success of the team
  • Create a structure to ensure the MSC team achieves their daily minimum performance criteria
  • Assist with the delivery of sales training to develop the MSC team
  • Achieve member retention and growth goals on a monthly basis
  • Support the Club and Regional Manager in developing initiatives to drive membership growth
  • Support the Club Manager in developing the MSC fortnightly roster

About You:

To succeed in this role, you must have proven sales and customer service experience, with a strong ability to hit Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You should have an understanding of the sales cycle and various sales techniques, including up-selling and cross-selling. Previous experience of managing the customer journey and achieving successful customer outcomes is highly regarded.

You should also have previous experience of managing and mentoring a team, as well as the ability to set and motivate others towards a goal. Experience using business computer systems is necessary, and current First Aid and CPR certificates are required.
