We are seeking a diligent Administrative Coordinator to join our team.
Job Description:This is a hands-on, varied role where you will be the first point of contact for administrative tasks, incoming calls, coordinating team events and meetings, and provide backup support to other departments as needed.
No two days will be the same in this fast-paced environment, where you will have the opportunity to make a real contribution to the success of the company.
Responsibilities:- Manage incoming calls and emails, process orders and invoices, and handle correspondence.
- Coordinate team events and meetings, including organizing food days, assisting with board meetings, strategy sessions, and off-site event planning.
- Maintain office supplies, keep shared spaces tidy, and coordinate catering as needed.
- Provide backup support to other departments, answering incoming calls and managing administrative tasks.
- Previous administrative or reception experience is preferred.
- Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Confident communicator with a friendly and professional manner.
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office, and an ability to learn new systems.
- Flexible to travel to other locations as needed.
- Car allowance package available.
- Laptop provided.
- 43 hours per week, Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5pm, Friday 7:30am-3pm.
- Uniform provided.
