Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth legal research and gather relevant information to support our lawyers and the business.
  • Draft, review and edit complex legal documents and correspondence with precision and accuracy.
  • Assist with preparing updates on relevant legal issues and maintain electronic legal records and databases.
  • Manage processes for approval and execution of contracts, ensuring timely and efficient outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in law or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Previous experience as a legal assistant or in a similar administrative role within an in-house legal environment is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
