First Nations researchers with relevant qualifications are sought to contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based systems and service reforms.
About the RoleThis position will work closely with a team of experienced researchers and evaluators to develop and lead high-quality research and evaluation projects. The successful candidate will have experience in literature reviews, evidence scanning, and report writing.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement evidence-based systems and service reforms through literature reviews and evidence scans
- Contribute to the development of high-quality research and evaluation projects
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather and share evidence
- Lead practice in First Nations data, research, and evaluation sovereignty
- Review and enhance existing research partnerships processes and documents
