Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused consultant to assist customers in showcasing our extensive product range and help them choose the right combination of tiles for their pool or backyard area.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has strong communication skills, and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.

About the Role

As a showroom consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers in selecting the perfect tiles for their project
  • Completing and processing customer orders
  • Liaising with the warehouse and production teams on stock and order fulfillment
  • Building and maintaining ongoing relationships with clients

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A warm and consultative approach when interacting with customers
  • Strong administration skills, including accuracy and attention to detail
  • An ability to work independently and as part of a team
