About the Role

Cranbrook Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Personal Care Assistant to join their team at Lansdowne Gardens, a multi-award-winning aged care residence in Neutral Bay.

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will be part of a cohesive and dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service and care to residents. You will work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, providing personal care to residents in a safe and effective manner that meets their needs and preferences.

About You

We are looking for someone with a kind and caring nature, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional level of service. If you have a passion for working with older adults and enjoy being part of a close-knit team, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in aged care or a related field
  • A Commitment to delivering an exceptional level of service
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills in contemporary aged care services
  • A sound understanding and commitment to person-centered care
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and quality improvement is highly regarded
  • Cert III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care)

Estimated Salary Range

$70,000 - $80,000 per annum
